1. How to place an order?

To place an order, please enter to “Order” section, and fill in the order form.

2. What payment method do you accept?
  • We accept the following credit cards : Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card o Maestro.
  • Bank Transfer.

3. What shipping method do you use and How long does it take for my product to arrive?

For International Shipping we use Express Mail , UPS or similar companies. With your address and zip code we can search the best shipping quote for you. Delivery time 3-7 business day.

4. How are the CA Model boxes packaged?

Extra’s kit includes two boxes (Engine cowling and canopy separated).
Fiber planes are packaged in double box. Also included a second box for wings.
Genesis ARF include a special wood box.
In order to reducing risks all the package has been selected for special shipping and all the parts have been covered with foam protection.

5. What do I do if I receive a damaged package?

If you receive a package damaged during the shipping or if you receive an open package, you have to request that the delivering company make an inspection.
Or If when you checked the box you find some damaged part, please contact us and of course we’ll solve the problem replacing the part immediately.
